Navigational aids

This site contains more information about junk communications than anyone should ever need.
To you help you find the parts you want, four navigational aids are available.
  1. The navigation bar at the end of each page gives you links to our Home Page this ``Site Map'' page, the ``headline'' pages for our major topics, and our ``Search'' page. The ``Next'' link cycles through the more important pages.
  2. The short flat list of page titles at the end of this page is best if you already know the page you want. Clicking on the asterisk to the left of the page title takes you to that page.
  3. The much longer table of contents lists every heading in the site. The Find command on your browser can be used to search it for a keyword. Once you find the heading you want, clicking on the asterisk to its left takes you to that paragraph.
  4. The following subject guide groups the pages by subject, with brief descriptions.

    1. Our home page gives a brief summary of our flagship service, JUNKBUSTERS DECLARE.
    2. A sample JUNKBUSTERS DECLARATION illustrates how the finished product looks.
    3. If you choose to publish your DECLARATION, your rights as its owner will be protected by copyright law and the GNU General Public License. Details on these and other rights are given in the page titled About Junkbusters Declarations.
    4. The agreement governing the creation of your DECLARATION is given at the end of the form.
    5. More general legal information is given on a separate page.
    6. When you are ready to create your DECLARATION, you choose the form appropriate to where you live.
    7. Our guide on interpretation of DECLARATIONs gives direct marketers definitions and includes certain exemptions.

    2. The current status of translations of our pages into other languages is sketched.

If you prefer to read on paper, two zipped postscript versions are available: an almost complete version (approximately 100 pages, 500k), and an abridged version consisting of the more popular consumer pages (approximately 50 pages, 250k). No fill-in form is included; if you want one you will have to print the appropriate one separately through your browser, but be warned that most browsers will not print the boxes.
